This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made at us-jakobson.com. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Return Window
You may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be unwashed
• Be in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, staining, pet hair, or alteration will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
We reserve the sole right to determine whether returned merchandise meets eligibility standards.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards
• Clearance or promotional liquidation items
• Customized or personalized products (if offered in the future)
3. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1 – Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized in advance.
Email returns@us-jakobson.com with your order number and reason for return.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Step 2 – Shipping the Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or confirmed manufacturing defect).
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Jakobson LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Step 3 – Inspection
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
4. REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If a promotional free shipping offer was applied and the return reduces the order below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Email returns@us-jakobson.com with:
• Order number
• Description of issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.
Normal wear and tear does not qualify as a defect.
6. CHARGEBACKS
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us and allowing us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of delivery and compliance with this policy.
7. THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, that platform’s return policy governs the transaction.
8. LIMITATION
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable U.S. law.
