This Shipping Policy describes how orders placed through us-jakobson.com are processed and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is successfully verified.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, inventory audits, or unforeseen operational delays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Available delivery speeds may vary depending on your location.

We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier (including USPS, UPS, or other carriers) based on efficiency and service availability.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail Order Rule, if no shipping timeframe is specified, we must have a reasonable basis to believe we can ship within 30 days. If we cannot ship within that timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to consent to a delay or receive a full refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected and order value.

Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only under the terms stated at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

5. Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Jakobson LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage.

If tracking indicates delivery but you did not receive the package, you must first contact the carrier to initiate a trace. If the issue is not resolved, contact us within 7 days so we may assist.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect Address & Returned Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

If an order is returned as unclaimed, we may issue a refund minus shipping and handling fees.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be restricted in specific locations due to carrier limitations or regulatory requirements.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot legally or operationally be fulfilled.
